This newsletter began in 2016, before Substack, when I was running a restaurant, bar, and lounge in Atlanta and someone tried to steal my coffee table. What started as a place to unpack missteps, wild nights, and lessons in hospitality has evolved into a modern editorial platform exploring how we drink, why we drink and who we drink with.
