Welcome to Holy Sip by me, Shannon Evans. This newsletter was started in January 2016 when I was running a restaurant, bar and lounge in Atlanta and someone stole my coffee table. It’s transformed from my missteps and musings on that undertaking to an exploration of all things food and beverage (and joy) through my personal lens.
